GC is looking for a skilled concrete foreman with at least 10 years of experience managing concrete scopes of work. Responsibilities *Ability to layout, complete form work, and manage concrete finishing *Oversee all activities about concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing *Efficiently read and comprehend architectural drawings, to ensure that concrete structures are accurately placed and installed *Inspecting concrete after the formwork and shoring have been removed and instructing concrete laborers on how to correct defects and concrete roughness *Manage concrete crew throughout the entire process Skills required: • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge of general construction industry • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines • Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA documentation • Ability to interact effectively with superintendents and field employees • Essential physical requirements necessary to perform job Serious, experienced, and capable candidates, respond with contact information and a summary of past concrete work you've managed.
