Looking for small dog

I am currently in the process of moving and before I do I would like to find a small dog, under 20 pounds, for my 75 year old neighbor. She is living alone and lost her dog and just misses having a companion. She watches my little dog from time to time Just to keep her company. She lives in a great neighborhood with a 6 foot privacy fence and a grass backyard. This dog would get so much attention and love as she is always home except for the occasional appointment, trip to the store, or church on Sundays. I am willing to pay a small rehoming fee just so you can ensure that the dog is going to a great home.
