Want to learn some new ways to finish your quilts? There are more options than just the typical binding we make with 2.5" strips. Join a limited group to learn from a pro, Jane Bromberg. Jane will teach us 6 different techniques to finish the edges of our quilts. We will cover added accents, two-piece bindings, facings, prairie points and edge circles. Students will construct their own examples of each technique. Our venue is conveniently located in mid-town Tulsa and is our former meeting site. Ticket price does not include supplies. Some basics you will need to bring with you to this workshop include sewing machine, walking foot (if you have one), thread, scissors, cutting mat, rotary cutter, etc. The MOST important thing you will need will be 3 "practice quilts" to bind! A full supply list will be forwarded upon purchase of a ticket. Ticket sales will be offered to TMQG members only until October 22nd; after that ticket sales will be open to the public. TMQG members may pay for the workshop on the day of the event. Non-TMQG members must pay for ticket via PayPal. Full refunds will be available up to 7 days (Oct 29) before the event.
