Breathwork and mindfulness meditation has been known to benefit concentration, reduce stress, and manage mild symptoms for pain, headaches, depression, anxiety, or gastrointestinal discomfort. This workshop is designed for the nervous system, and uncomfortable memories and emotions could appear. Some people may also experience changes in their sleep or dreams. Seek counseling assistance if you are having a negative or distressful reaction.
