STARTING IMMEDIATELY - This is a flexible side gig that allows you to make money delivering beach wheelchairs in the evenings or mornings, whichever fits your schedule best. We are looking for an independent contractor driver to deliver and pick up electric beach wheelchairs between the coastal region of St Pete - Clearwater. This includes deliveres to and from the beaches in between, such as Madeira and Treasure Island. THE CONTRACTOR MUST USE THEIR OWN TRUCK OR CARGO VAN TO DO THESE DELIVERIES (or trailer with another type of vehicle). HOW IT WORKS: We will offer you a set of deliveries (list of pick up hotels and list of deliver-to hotels) as needed, usually for the same evening or the following morning, which will come in the form of a text message or email. At that time, you can choose to accept or decline the delivery route. When you deliver a chair, it needs to be prepped and cleaned for the customer as described in the instructional video. You can borrow our ATV ramps to use during your route and then return to storage when you're done for the night. PAYMENT METHODS: Drivers track their own time and bill us. We pay electronically via Paypal or Venmo (your preference), within the same day of the completed deliveries. PAY RATES: $25/hr. Time starts 10 minutes before first pick up and ends 10 minutes after the last drop off. Vehicle mileage is built into this rate. Whether you are loading a chair, cleaning it, or on the road driving it somewhere, the pay is calculated simplistically at $25/hr. HOURS OF THE DELIVERY OPERATION (Flexible within these time frames): We do the deliveries any time after 7PM if you prefer to do them in the evenings, or you could do them on the morning of the start date, any time before 10AM, and this is why it's truly a flexible gig.
