Join us in downtown KC this Fall for a Pilates mat + cardio dance workout!
Here's the full rundown:
A 25-min Pilates mat workout to get warm taught by Morgan Henning (@mhennning) from Pilates of Kansas City followed by a 30-min Signature Cardio dance workout taught by Dance Fit Flow's Hailey West (@north_hailey_west).
This class is open to all fitness levels. All you need is your mat, water and to dress for a workout!
After the event, stick around to socialize with other KC locals + enter into a raffle to win goodies from both Pilates of Kansas City + Dance Fit Flow.
