We’ve invited all our members and opened it to all travel advisors in Central Pennsylvania. All we need is you! We invite cruise line and tourism representatives to join us for this day of face-to-face contact and marketing for the travel agents in this area. We are offering various means to interact with the audience including 20-minute round robins discussions of your brand and any Wave season deals, one Lunch Sponsor session that includes a 45-minute session that includes AV with a 15- minute Q&A and, for everyone, a 90-minute trade show. TENTATIVE AGENDA: 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.: Supplier arrival and set up 8:30 – 9:00 a.m.: Participant Arrival and Registration (Coffee and Tea available) 9:00 – 9:10 a.m.: Welcome/Introductions 9:10 - 12:00 noon: Supplier/Tourism Boards Round Robin (9 suppliers/tourism boards) 12:20 – 1:20 p.m.: Lunch Sponsor presentation (one spot available) 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.: Trade Show (16 tables available at a minimal cost or bring your own) 3:00 – 3:15 p.m.: Closing remarks/Prize Drawings/Future ASTA Events Announcements
