Retired, Fire Captain is looking for someone to help me maintain and refurbish my custom home. You must be fluent in English, have own transportation, good at taking directions, desire to learn numerous, new skills, willing to work both outside and inside my home doing both complex and menial chores, and wants to work in an informal enviornment with flexable working hours and days. No tools, materials or special skills required, other than common sense and a willingness to listen and learn. Jobs will include Yard and landscaping maintenance, as well as common household repairs and cleaning (inside and out) which also includes light carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, window cleaning, floor polishing and other repairs as needed.
