S&S Maintenance Solutions is looking to hire a full time maintenance tech to our team. We cover all aspects of maintenance in residential, multi family, and commercial. Must have own, truck and tools. Looking for someone that has general all around knowledge, but don’t have to be able to know all the things we deal with. Will train the right individual. But would like someone with drywall repair and texture match knowledge. Painting experience also helpful. Also some electrical and plumbing knowledge. Also some heating and air knowledge would be preferable also. Must be clean and neat in appearance. New hires will be a 90 day probationary period in which you will be a 1099 employee during that 90 days. This will be a great position for the right individual. Drug testing is required.
