puppy found,

Hello, Community ; Someone found a doggie and I am trying to find a way to contact certain communities in that general area, and I thought of perhaps finding which churches may be located nearby. So, please let me know which churches may be located very close to zip code 91406,...or, close to Zelzah Ave. I will then contact each of those churches to send them a notification about having found a young doggie, colors; mostly white, and then some orange on its ears, and some also on its back. It seem very young, perhaps somewhere between 9 months to 1 yr. + 4 months. And the weight might be 9 lbs or up to 13 lbs. (...but that only a guess, and they haven't yet checked)..And he's somewhat friendly, but he seems very shy and oftentimes seems afraid and very timid. So I really would luv to get to return the puppy to it's rightful owners. So please share this with as many people as You can. Hopefully, the corresponding family will respond with pictures and the appropriate description/details/breed about that pup. By the way, I was told that the pup was found four or five days ago, by that Zelzah Ave. (And I'm wondering is the park with the so-called off leash dog park might have something to do with this incident/having lost a puppy there ( ? ) That park is located at 17550 Victory Blvd. Van Nuys, CA 91406. ) That zip code is not exactly where the doggie was found, no. I just got the zip code from the parks address on my own, because I'm not familiar with those areas. I live in Orange county myself.
