Chewy is a very sweet farm dog needing a place to call home. She’s about 6-7 years old (we adopted her almost 5 years ago for farm work). Very well house broken, travels well, and loves attention. Does well if she needs to be crated for short periods but requires some fetch or long walks at the very least. She’s been working on our farm for the last 4 years keeping moles, voles, mice, and gophers at bay. She’s a jack russel/border collie mix and she’s a great example of both breeds mixed into one. Probably not a great candidate for small children due to her herding tendencies (she likes to use her mouth a lot) but she’s very sweet and would be a great addition to a farm or serve as a companion animal as long as she gets her exercise. No rehome fee, just want to make sure she lands in a good spot. We’re no longer going to be farming and we’ll be moving into a much more confined living situation where we know she won’t be as happy.
