Need someone who can calibrate a Robert Shaw oven thermostat

I installed a new Robert Shaw oven thermostat on an older A B Battle Creek gas stove/oven and I didn't understand how to calibrate it. It works but the flame and color I'm not sure about. Please send me an email with your contact info if this is something you are familiar with. Thanks for reading.
