Veteran needs ride home Portland

Me, my husband and dog came to Roseburg with good intentions. We thought it was a good community to start a new life. But our car was stolen with all our stuff in it from the Walmart parking lot. Video shows a black Durango pulling it out. Police won't do anything about it just dropped us off at Gaddis park with a sleeping bag and tent. We give up and want go back Portland. I am already up here but my partner and dog are still trapped at Gaddis. I can pay gas but please we are in desperate condition and I fear he will die in Gaddis. We are nice normal people who need help. Can you help getting an adult male and 12 year old gentle dog to safety. Ride to Portland thanks
