Sociopathic kids on bikes near Prince Park

My husband and I were walking in the neighborhood and had made it to the bridge when two kids (looked to be anywhere from 10-12) came racing across the bridge. Larger bully kid (they were both bullies) intentionally tried to steer front tire into my leg and then they stopped and waited for us to look around at them. That's when they started to verbally assault us and yell expletives. Very disturbing and sociopathic behavior. This is who/what we're sharing the planet with now? The parents of these children should be ASHAMED of themselves for raising such toxic, abusive and potentially dangerous children. I can only imagine what kind of trajectory they're going to head down and honestly, I could care less. Stay safe out there people--these are challenging times and there are many people that have lost their way and their minds. I feel very violated energetically by this and we will NEVER return to this area.
