Let us make some money together! We have the space and you have the Skills. Looking for a Instructors to partner with to create and host classes i.e. (Art, MusicYoga, Self Defense, Spanish, Martial Arts, Boxing, etc.) Prime Location on Main Street Brookland area Washington DC with Significant Indoor and Outdoor Space available. Classrooms, Stage and Conference Rooms also available. For example, We are looking to host Outdoor work out, yoga, self defense classes for the next few months to increase interest and gain a following until it gets cold then transition classes indoors. We are looking for a pianist to play on Sundays and events in exchange for rehearsal or instruction space. With a little creativity, The opportunities are endless.
