Well established small landscape company residing in western Morris County is seeking a key, high level Working Experienced Forman/Operations Manager to run our Maintenance Division. Must uphold a high level of pride in work and customer service. Up to $30/hr for right, experienced candidate Duties include: -Ability to drive a truck/trailer -Operate effectively and safely small engine equipment associated with lawn and general property care such as commercial mowers, blowers, trimmers etc. -Lead a small crew with a professional, clean appearance & demeaner -Experience with Horticulture experience a plus -Ability to assist with junk and debris removal jobs as needed, physical ability to lift up to 50lbs -Mechanical skills for small engine/general mechanical abilities a plus -Must speak English and have a valid Driver’s License-Spanish a plus -Assist owner with other business issues as needed **Opportunity for additional Sales Work w/commission for experience in selling hardscape/drainage/grading jobs and overall large landscape jobs Weekly Paycheck
