A HURRICANE HAS HIT! We'll need help with the damages. We are seeking the following: 10 Tarping Crews 4 men crews 3 roof workers 1 ground man (safety officer). You may apply as an individual and we'll add you to a team if necessary. Must have hammers or framing nail guns and ladders. Tarps and other materials are provided. Must have Safety equipment PPE, high viz shirts or vests, harnesses, hard hat, boots etc Work includes tarping partial or entire roof tops with blue tarp and furring strips aka battens. 1 crew will likely tarp 3-4 houses per day on average. On a 4 man crew if you tarp 3 houses per day we will guarantee a minimum $1500 per week per roofing crew member and $1000/week for ground man. Weekly bonuses paid for performance. Can earn $3k per week or more. Must do 3000-4000 square feet of tarp per day to earn $1000 minimum per week per crew member. Pay is weekly. 1 week in the hole.
