Description
Job requirements: reliable vehicle, smart phone, printer, ability to traverse all of Humboldt County (including mountains of Garberville and Willow Creek). Inspector will have to get out of vehicle.
Contractor will pull addresses and instructions from website. Drive to location. Take multiple photos as listed in work order. Post notice and/or talk with occupant. Submit photos to website. Fill out digital form. Pay is per inspection.
Inspector would contract with company. Responsible for taxes, fuel, vehicle, supplies, ect
Not an employee! Independent contractors receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
