2 people living in car

Hey I lost my place recently and have been living in my car with all my dogs and looking tirelessly for cheap larger vehicle near me, it is much too small in here for all my dogs, wondering if anyone in the austin tx area has a beat up van or similar sized vehicle that is just sitting around or they would be willing to sell for a really low price, I'm waiting on a paycheck from some event work we did but it's only going to be about 200. (I will literally take anything as long as it's bigger than what I'm in right now and I can drive it because I can't afford to tow) my oldest dog is 12 and has arthritis from a deformed leg he was born with, my 10 year old is allergic to almost everything, and my 2 7 year Olds are without issues. But I really want to get them out of this tiny cramped environment if possible in any way. We've signed up for housing assistance but they said it will be very hard with 4 dogs and I know from friends experiences it's already very hard (months of waiting even if you don't have a dog and maybe even longer) so I'm not feeling to good about that. Please let me know if you have any possible leads on something! I can drive out of town! We could work out some kind of payments! I tried to trade in or sell my car to get a van in the area but I'm upside down on my car loan and would literally have to pay 5000 to sell my car. Anything helps, even advice. thankyou!
