Description
Beware of hiring Bill with QTC handyman services LLC. We hired him to check our water heater. He said we needed a new one. He installed the new one and took our old heater. As soon as he drove off, the heater stopped working. We called him and he said he would come back the next day. He didn't. Never heard from him again. We called CPS, turns out the meter was broken and we did not need a new heater. The CPS guy said a good plumber would have known this!!
