My cursor goes all over the page, help!

My Dell Latitude is a fine windows 7 PC, but the cursor now and then jumps from where it should be to another line. I have tried many things. Anybody out there know how to fix this problem for good? I am open to conferring with you over the phone to see if a fix will work. Please reply with projected fee. David
