Mowing vacant lot

I have a vacant lot in an existing subdivision that I need to have mowed so we can start construction. It is mostly weeds but I need to have it mowed very close to ground so it is not an issue during construction. There is a slight slope but nothing excessive. We have already stripped and stockpiled some topsoil (for the driveway) which will require some weedeating work since the topsoil pile probably too steep for the mower. It is.67 acre so it is not very big. I will pay a fixed price so give me your price to do this work, turnkey (you provide mower, weedeater, gas, etc)
