UMC in Irmo looking for Contemporary Musicians

I'm looking for musicians interested in playing on a contemporary worship team for a UMC in Irmo. We play a lot of Wickham, Elevation and the like. No weekly rehearsal, just a 9:30am soundcheck/run-through for an 11:15am service. 3 songs, maybe increasing to 4 but for now the priority is building a band. Song lists sent out 2 weeks in advance. Band plays with a click and guide and uses in-ear monitors but I do have a few floor wedges set-up for any who would prefer just play by ear. We have a nice Simmons electric kit and Casio keyboard to be used. The team is rebuilding from COVID, currently I have a few back-up singers and myself who can sing lead and play acoustic, electric guitar and bass depending on what the team needs. So I'm looking for drummers, instrumentalists and lead vocalists. I believe musicians should be paid and although we are a smaller church and can't match what some of the mega churches in the area are doing, I do have a small weekly allowance set aside for the musicians.
