Country Lead guitar needed

We are an established country band that will be needing a lead guitar player starting in 2023. Our current one is needing to step away for personal reasons. We are covering all eras of country and we can adjust our song list to adapt to a new player. I already have some shows booked and I am currently working on more. My current lead player is going to finish this year with us so we can have a smooth transition with somebody new. As of right now rehearsals will be in Grain Valley but if the right person comes along and has a more neutral location and room we can compromise. We have a male and female vocals rhythm guitar, bass and of course a drummer. We are by far not perfect but we have a lot of fun.
