We are a busy and growing South Florida construction company who is looking for a full-time project manager to join our team immediately. We work with many of largest single family owners in the Country and remodel their residential rental portfolios. Responsibilities will include evaluating job scopes, meeting crews on site, monitoring all aspects of each project, creating punch lists, and turning over completed properties to our clients. This is a management position but hands on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and the permitting process is a prerequisite. We are a fast growing company with room to grow so applicants must be motivated and looking to build a future.
