Dog I can no longer care for

I have an elderly dog I adopted who I can no longer care for. I’m not quite sure what to do with her but I need help. If someone can guide me and give me some information or guidance please let me know. Taking her back to the shelter is not an option. She came with medical issues and I am a single mother of two and can not afford to take her to the vet. She is in good health but I can no longer care for her. Please someone let me know if they can do something or give me some advice. Thank you
