I own a small lawn care and landscaping business, Urban Roots Landscaping. We are licensed, bonded and insured. I am looking for a homeowner or farmer that would allow me to park 5-6 pickup trucks, a dump trailer and a mobile storage container on their property. We would also need a place to dump our grass clippings and yard debris. If dumping is not permitted, we can dump at an alternate site. I am happy to pay $700 per month for the ideal location and space. Ideally, the space would be close to I-5 and Tacoma (Central to our customer base). We currently have a small operation out of Tacoma. I am happy to pay first, last, and damage deposit and sign a lease. Our employees are non-smokers, and we require clean background checks.
