BOTH Handyman AND Painter needed for Multiple Tasks

Hello I am looking for 2 people to fulfill 2 positions at my house. Due to back surgery, I need assistance in 2 areas. First, I need an EXPERIENCED PAINTER. I will provide all paint for the project. Please have your own tools, rollers, drop cloths as well as current references and be communicative. Project includes painting baseboards, three bathrooms and the garage interior. This position is for a weekend in the coming weeks. Next, I also need an EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN to do substantial maintenance and landscaping work at my house. I am looking for someone who is efficient, trained in all areas of home maintenance such as minor plumbing and electrical; be detail oriented, articulate, can tackle LARGE projects without constant supervision and have a FULL supply of their own tools. Current projects include installation of baseboards, disassembly and storage of lawn furniture, landscaping, weeding, bathroom faucet replacements, etc being done. This position is for next weekend.
