The N-Card holders continue to threaten, provoke, and assault public property and institutions and government, like Sheriff Bob Fletcher. If you are a Caulk in the Twin Cities, you aren't safe, and you know it. The N-Card holders or get out of jail free and often community taunt, swear at, and mock your County Sheriff and sidekick Pat relentlessly....but Bob, bless his stupid heart, keeps giving away meal tickets to these miscreants. Bob, we pay you to protect the community and instill respect for law/order, not to run a humane society for homeless, drug addled, and anti-social renegades. Wise up and act like a police officer and executive one at that. On Patrol is an embarrassment...and so are your N-Card residents.
