Hi, Very small room...approx 10 x 10, one windowsill and one new door (it's attached and cannot be removed. The awesome things is you don't have to worry about the carpet, it's being replaced later this week. Looking for Reston/Herndon/Centerville preferably in case you want to stop by first. I do not have the paint. Just standard interior eggshell I think. Looking for today if the price is right. Ps, the previous Tennant was messy, will have to probably wipe baseboards and sand a few small areas of misc debris marks. This would be a fast job for experienced painters, especially if two men.
