Need a Fan

I am disabled and as a result my body temperature is higher than most people. I really need a fan. I woke up this morning with the fan that I had broken. I pulled it apart the motor is really hot and won't restart. I will take anything that I am given. I'm not the only one here or I'd just turn the temperature down and not worry about it. Without a fan I won't be able to sleep at night. It gets obscenely hot for me and without the fan it just kills me.
