I manage several rental properties and need plumbing and HVAC helper. You must have all tools as well as volt meter. You must be able to diagnose HVAC and mechanical issues, replace furnace motors, evaporator coils and run diagnostic tests on unit and thermostat. Install / repair / diagnose issues with dishwashers Fix minor pluming issues and leaks. If you have experience with septic systems and drain cleanout let me know as well.
