This is Charlie! He is a Indian Ringneck. I believe he is a male. He is a beautiful Turquoise color mutation, he is super sweet. He is unfortunately not too tame, but at times, he lets you pet his head and will sit on your shoulder. He does scream loudly but only when he wants your attention or a Peanut!
