Howl-O-East, presented by Valley West Veterinary Hospital, returns for our furry friends on Saturday, October 29th from 2 PM - 4 PM at the Capitol Market. Join us for some (not so) frightening fun with your furry friend! A canine costume contest, “Pawcasso” painting, photo opportunities, dog washing, and a Bark or Treat promenade for all our costume clad canines. This boo bash features music by WTSQ and adorable adoptable pets from KCHA. This event is free and welcome to all. Need more spooky fun on Saturday? For an added trick to your treat, be sure to purchase tickets for the annual Costume Crawl presented by Spriggs Distributing kicks off at 6 PM, as attendees dance along Washington St. and enjoy drink special at our East End bars (Red Carpet Lounge, Starlings Coffee & Provisions, Tricky Fish, & Empty Glass) before catching the trolley at 10:00 PM to Leon Sullivan to enjoy more specials from Lee Street Lounge. The Crawl for the Crown Costume contest returns at 8:50 PM with a special prize going to the two Darlings of Doom! Entertainment will be provide by DJEJ. Charleston's largest Halloween celebration will be three days once again beginning on October 29th and culminating with a costume party on the street on October 29th.
