The $20 ticket price includes the cost of making one pair of earrings and a beer or soda. If you want you can make additional pairs of earrings for $10 each, which you will pay for the night of the event.
Here are some examples of the fun earrings that you can make. These examples will be for sale the night of the event.
You'll pick your shape, pick your material (leather, faux leather, felt), and pick your hardware (gold, silver, brass or copper). You'll trace your shape onto the material, cut it out, punch the holes and assemble your earrings. If there is enough time the night of the event, you are able to make an additional pair of earrings for $10! If you choose to make the tree, ornament or bar shape earrings you'll be doing so with a die cutting machine that will be available.
These cute Christmas tree earrings are made by laying your material on top of a die and running the die and material through a Sizzix which is a die cutting machine.
Here are some more shapes that you'll be able to choose from as well to run through the Sizzix. They resemble ornaments to me and would make a great addition to your Christmas outfit.
Below are are some of the faux leather Christmas patterns that will be available to choose from.
I'll have real leather with me as well if the Christmas patterns above aren't really your thing. The traditional way of making these earrings in class is to pick your leather, your shape and trace your shape on top of the leather. This option will be available as well with a variety of shapes to choose from. Feel free to reach out to me by email at [email protected] if you have any questions.
