Haven't you ever wanted to feel SUPERhuman?
Those interested in carving out intentional time and space for their wellbeing won’t want to miss this unique event.
All participants will be led through guided, in person exercises aimed at:
· Articulating for themselves what it means to them to BE and FEEL SUPERhuman
· Exploring ways in which they want to BE and FEEL Superhuman
· Learning ways in which they can master their TIME, TALENT, and ENERGY to promote their superpowers
· Learning micro-habits that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall wellbeing
· Learning how habits impact our mental health & well being
· Increasing their awareness of how to create new habits to prepare for success
· Honoring their own unique strengths and understanding how they can overcome setbacks when striving toward optimal health, growth, and well being
SUPERHUMAN session will be available Tuesday, October 11th from 6-8pm at MYOFFICE 985.
I'd love for you to join me at this jam packed work shop, sign up and allow yourself to be a priority for 2 hours.
This session is a group format, however participants do not have to share openly with the group.
For those willing and open to share their insights, reactions, and experience openly, will be invited to do so.
We honor the introvert and extroverts among us!
We also honor all learning styles.
Participants will learn the material through verbal, written, visual, and experiential instruction.
