Our Mission To provide quality, sustainable care to Monkey Island for the enjoyment of current and future generations. The Board of Directors have begun to undertake the mammoth task of restoring the island and making long overdue improvements to the living conditions and safety of the three primates currently inhabiting it. For this reason, we are reaching out to you for help. Monkey Island is famous throughout Florida as well as the entire country. It is a popular destination for tourist's and vacationer's. It has deep roots in the culture of old Homosassa and our plan is to ensure it remains so in perpetuity.
