Our goal is for everyone to enjoy the EMF experience & tour, have a good time, possibly learn something new, and hopefully see or hear some “Ghost Candy.” However, we cannot guarantee if a spirit will present itself on every investigation nor can we control the weather. Please wear comfortable shoes, come prepared with a camera, and we ask that you do NOT wear any perfumes, fragrance lotions, or oils. This is a non-refundable, rain or shine event. You will learn the basics about EMF readers and ghost hunting. You will investigate using one of our EMF readers, throughout the tour, at stops. They need to be returned at the end of the tour. While we will stop 5-6 times, we will do a lot of walking, which includes over cobblestone, brick, up/down a slop, and uneven ground. Please make sure you are able to take on the physical requirements necessary to take our tours. We are not liable for ANY incidents or injuries, nor your bad judgment, poor eyesight, or mischievous spirit behaviors. Tour at your own risk. Recommend for ages 12+ Meet IN FRONT of 33 West Street. (Not inside) You will see a green and black, A-Frame, Paranormal Ghost Candy sign. Each guest will receive one bundle of white sage and a quartz crystal, AT THE END of the tour experience.
