Thanks to everyone who came out to our Oct. 11 Meetup! We were back at Venture X Co-working space in One Loudoun (thank you to Richie Parsons at Venture X for hosting us). Our featured speaker was Bryan Ware, CEO of LookingGlass Cyber Solutions. Based on his extensive background in public sector and private sector cybersecurity, Bryan shared his thoughts on the state of the software industry with respect to vulnerabilities, integration of defensive and offensive operations, the growing importance of Red Team capabilities, software BOM’s, and the federal cybersecurity workforce, among other topics.
