All are always welcome for an evening of journaling, crystal bowl meditation, intention setting, manifesting, releasing of unwanted energies, and so much more. What to bring: a journal, a meditation pillow (or a comfortable pillow/cushion to sit on), and your excitement to begin feeling so much lighter and happier. “Life is meant to be joyously abundant.” I heard this statement almost 20 years ago and I have never forgotten it.
