Location: Zoo Knoxville, 3500 Zoo Drive, Knoxville Date: Thursday, November 3, 2022 Time:   Registration 11:15 am . Lunch 11:40 am . Program Noon Program: Dr. Junehee Kwon, Department Head and Professor, Retail, Hospitality & Tourism Management, University of Tennessee Knoxville. Dr. Kwon is the new Department Head and Professor with the University of Tennessee Knoxville Retail, Hospitality & Tourism Management Program. She will share the department's aspirations about the program and how to work with the industry to continue their mission to prepare professionals and serve organizations in the public and private sectors through teaching, research, and technology transfer. Zoo Knoxville will have some little creatures from their enrichment program for us see. We're hoping for a visit from the famous birded Zoo representative! Also, there will be a guided tour of the Zoo after the lunch. Plan to spend a little time at Zoo Knoxville. Lancer Hospitality provides the food service for Zoo Knoxville.
