Need block guy to help on wall

We started off a cinder block wall and looking for a professional to help finish. We are going 7 courses high, 8.5 block wide. You can see in the pic where we are going up against an existing wall and ending free on the other side. Need this done on Monday. All products are on site, helpers on site, bring your own tools.
