30+ local artists and builders are collaborating to re-create iconic scary movie scenes made from recycled and unconventional materials. We are utilizing science and technology to create a fun, interactive experience. Our goal is to create something family friendly, that is not “jump out at you” scary, but allows you to appreciate the artistry of both our local artists and the classic film-makers we have been inspired by - that is definitely instagram worthy!! Take a selfie in the waiting room from Beetlejuice, swim with Jaws, or play arcade games in the Upsidedown.. Open door studio presents: The Horror Movie Museum - coming to Oxnard October 2022.
