Sam Harper and X Phoenix are coming together to elevate sound healing to new levels with a rooftop sunset Soundbath. We are in the midst of spooky season and invite you to shake up your shadow and ignite your light with this expansive sound healing experience. Sound Healing gently guides you into a deeply meditative state to allow your nervous system to regulate and aids in reducing stress, anxiety, and elevates your vibration. The melodic frequencies will align your energy and bring you a sense of euphoria. Doors open at 6:00pm and the session will start promptly at 6:30pm. Stay after and enjoy epic views of downtown phoenix and soak in the energy of the desert. **Parking** is in the public garage off Monroe on levels 5-7. ($12/hour, cards accepted) Take the elevators up to level 9 to check in with X Life Phoenix staff. Bring a yoga mat, comfy clothes, and an open heart (optional: blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, journal, crystals)
