Atomic City Smokers to host a BBQ fundraising event for the benefit of Stay. Social Tap & Table, who is fighting to save their business. Legal expenses and lost business have cost this fledgling community-centered business a great deal, and the fight is not yet over. Stay has always been about community; and the community is coming out in droves to support Stay!! ACS will be turning out their competition-quality meats in an overnight smoke on the patio beginning Friday evening. Grub will be served starting at 11am on Saturday 11/12 and is available for pre-sale at a discount. Whole butt orders are also being accepted on a limited basis through Thursday 11/10, and will be available for pickup on Saturday after 11am (think...TAILGATE eats, or feed the fam!). A stellar lineup of CSRA musicians will sound-off inside and outside starting at noon (check FB event page for lineup), and capping off with Jason Shepard at 10pm through close. The GA/ Mississippi game will be played inside and on the patio (time TBD). Children's crafts will be hosted by The Paper Nerd from 1-3; and local business "Sip N Shop" vendors will be onsite for your shopping enjoyment! No tickets are required to come.
