Meet your instructorKarla Maxson, ABOC, ABO-certified optician and ABO-approved speaker, shares her wisdom and wit with opticians throughout the United States. Karla currently serves as IOT’s regional sales manager for the west coast. Before joining IOT in 2014, Karla worked as an optician for independent eyecare practices in California and Arizona and as an account manager for an independent wholesale optical lab. She lives in Phoenix and loves traveling, scuba diving and her cat, Einstein (aka Mr. Kitty).
