I started one last year for the first time, and absolutely loved the time I spent reflecting on Hope, Peace, Love, and Joy each week leading up to Christmas. Even if I just had a few minutes each morning, having this art journal gave me a place to collect thoughts, write a scripture or just add some color. I look forward to continuing this year!
