Alright. This is a last ditch effort post, my posts have been up and down because of the uncertainty surrounding him staying or going but we’ve come to the conclusion that he isn’t fit for us and needs a new home. My husband is gone for weeks at a time, out of state for work, I run around in the mornings to get everyone where they need to be and I’m gone between noon-8pm working. Our house is not suitable for this babe at this point in time. It absolutely breaks my heart doing this but this guy needs to be somewhere, where someone has more time with him. He’s 9months old, male, not fixed, has had his first round of shots.(tractor supply not vet) More about Deno: He’s a really sweet boy, loves my kids 2&6 and is very good with them, although my son doesn’t mind being knocked down. He can throw his weight around and knock him over. He loves to run and go for hikes, loves sticks, he will find the largest branch from a tree and try to take off with it. Loves car rides, does great in the car! Doesn’t mind baths, just don’t get it in his big ears or he will get upset, he is crate trained but I would prefer if he wasn’t all the time! He’s very protective, if I leave the house with the kids he will lay down and relax. If I leave the house without the kids he will freak out as if reminding me I forgot them. Lol. He knows how to sit, shake, high-five, speak, lay down, and crate! He will also “watch” so if your out and see someone that makes you uncomfortable tell him to watch and he will sit with you. Ears up, and just keep an eye on them. He’s great with other dogs. He just wants to play. He is still working on the cat. He will chase her. But once you tell him to knock it off he’s usually fine. All in all he’s a really, really great dog. I love him with all my heart. But it’s not fair to him. To be left alone all the time with our busy family. If you want to know anything. Message me. There is a rehoming fee because I want him to go somewhere great. I just want him to have a great life. Because he’s an amazing puppy. I’ve tried calling my local animal shelters and no one can take him. if anyone has best advice for rescues. Let me know.
