We have a hard-working maintenance team that is dedicated to providing our tenants with superior service when it comes to their homes. We are looking for a self-starter to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. This position will report directly to our Maintenance Manager. Applicants must have an active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle **Please include your phone number when applying** We are looking for individuals with the following skillset: •General carpentry skills •Plumbing - set toilets, changing faucets, installing plumbing trim, etc. •Electrical - changing outlets, switches, installing fixtures, etc. •Installing cabinets •Hanging doors •Laying flooring •Drywall patching •Painting •Light demo •Light Framing •Punchout Items •Light concrete and landscaping Must Possess: •Good Communication and Time Management Skills •Team Player Attitude •Great Work Ethic •Detail Oriented *Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Required* Please apply if you have the skills listed above This is a full-time hourly position
