This is a repeat list all save info on my computer. Start date. After closing of home on Friday Nov 18th and Saturday Nov 19th. Paint walls only of 3 bedrooms and 1 closet sz pantry. I purchase paint you provide everything else. Approx bed room sizes. Lg berm. 13x16. Med berm approx 12 x 12. Small bedroom approx 11 x 9. Pantry sz of a closet with shelves. All walls are white flat paint and rooms are empty. Two largest rooms will be having carpet torn out after painting by flooring co. Need approx quote for these rooms. Must be completed by that Saturday.
Handyman jobs to also be done after closing on Nov 19th and and Sat Nov 19th. Want hourly rate to do these projects….replace faucet on kitchen sink with new faucet. Hang pot and pan rack on wall. Secure some falling insulation. Seal some cracks in a few bathroom tiles. Hang tv wall attachment in bedroom. Repair hose on top of flat roof, tear down 4ft fence gate, line kitchen cabinets. I buy the lining. Put approx 3 ft strip on floor behind kitchen door. Fox one fuse switch in fuse box. Possibly a few more odd jobs
All this can be done by a team of 2. Or painting and handy man can be two seperate things. But all must be complete by that Sat Nov 19th. Give hourly rate for these. Must be able to perform these jobs and be reliable. Please email me. I will pick the person or persons by this Tuesday Oct 25th
